Why "Traveller's Joy" ?
When I started this blog in May 2007,
it was for the sole purpose
of staying in touch
with friends and family while
we traveled
to Europe for three months.
I am still staying in touch.
"Traveller's Joy" clematis vitalba:
Wildflower found throughout
southwest Europe/Africa.
Used for medicinal purposes
and found "climbing and covering"
the roadsides of Europe.

Yum! I love the little fishy guy. Is he fuctional, or just a cute little dude to watch over the cooking process?
He and his partner in crime are only about an inch tall, and less than two inches wide; they are tiny chopstick rests - found 'em at the Co-op, and thought Tina and Robert would like them.
